1. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
➤ Please be 100% sure before claiming or placing an order. Make sure you can settle the required payments on time.
➤ No cancellations once an Order Confirmation (OC) has been sent. For pre-order/GO items, cancellations may affect the GO's minimum order quantity (MOQ) and may cause the GO to not push through.
➤ Cancellation fee is 50% of the total order cost.2. PAYMENTS & LATE FEES
➤ Late payment fee is ₱10/day. Please settle payments on or before the given DOP.
➤ If you'll be paying late, please let me know beforehand and settle your payment as soon as you can.
➤ Orders with unpaid down payments and no prior notice of late payment will not be secured.
➤ Please submit the Payment Form after making a payment. No Payment Form submitted = Payment will not be recorded.3. ON-HAND ITEMS
➤ On-hand items are reserved once an OC has been sent. Please settle your payment on or before the given DOP.
➤ Late payment fee is ₱10/day. If paying late, please let me know beforehand.

➤ Unpaid orders with no prior notice of late payment may be cancelled, and the item may be resold.4. PRE-ORDER / GO ITEMS & ETA
➤ ETA starts once the item has been shipped out from the origin country.
➤ 🇮🇩 FETA (INA): Items are shipped directly to my PH address.
➤ 🇹🇭 FETA (TH) / 🇰🇷 FETA (KR) / 🇨🇳 FETA (CN): Items are first shipped to my PH consol's address before being forwarded to my address. ETA may take longer if I need to wait for other items to arrive before shipping everything together.
➤ Please note that shipping times may vary and delays may happen during the ordering and shipping process.5. UNPAID REMBAL
➤ Unpaid rembals are given up to 2 weeks after the DOP to be settled.
➤ Orders that remain unpaid after the given period may be cancelled and/or resold, and the DP will be non-refundable.6. ADDITIONAL FEES
➤ Additional fees such as international shipping fees from INA/KR/TH, ISF, PF, LSF, and other applicable fees are separate from the item price and will be collected once the items arrive in PH.
➤ International shipping fees must be settled on or before the given deadline, even when opting for a combined shipment.
➤ Packing fee starts at ₱10 and may vary depending on the item's quantity and size.7. STORAGE & UNCLAIMED ITEMS
➤ Items can be stored for up to 3 weeks upon arrival. Please claim your items and settle all applicable fees within this period.
➤➤ There will be a ₱10/day late fee if your item is still unpaid or unclaimed after 3 weeks.
➤ You will be given an additional 2 weeks to settle the payment before the item may be resold without further notice.8. SHIPPING & ITEM CLAIMS
➤ No Shipping Form = No Shipment.
➤ I am not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages caused by the courier/shipping service, as these are beyond my control.
➤ For damaged or incorrect items, please provide a continuous and unedited unboxing video showing the parcel and item upon opening. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accommodated.
➤ Please report any damage or issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos for checking.
➤ Rush shipping is NOT available. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
