1.ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
➤ Please be 100% sure before claiming or placing orders.
➤No cancellations once your order is confirmed.
➤If you choose to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.2. PAYMENT & LATE FEES
➤Late payment fee is ₱10 per day. Make sure to pay on time!
➤Payments will only be acknowledged if a Payment Form is submitted.3. ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
➤ETA starts after the item has been shipped out from the country’s address.
➤ FETA (INA): Ships directly to my PH address.
➤ FETA (TH, KR, CN): Ships to Hong Kong (HK) first, then to my PH consol's address, and forwarded to my PH address.4. ADDITIONAL FEES
➤Additional fees (shipping fees from INA/KR/TH/CN, ISF, PF, LSF) will be collected once the items arrive in PH.
➤International shipping fees must be settled on or before the given deadline, even when opting for a combined shipment.
➤ Packing fee starts at ₱10 and depends on item quantity and size.5. STORAGE & UNCLAIMED ITEMS
➤Items can be stored for up to 3 weeks upon arrival. Please claim and settle the fees within this period.
➤If the item remains unpaid or unclaimed after 3 weeks, a late payment fee will apply. You’ll have another 2 weeks to settle the payment before the item will be resold (without further notice).6. LIABILITY & SHIPPING POLICY
